Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to Aimachinehub lessons, workshops, private coaching, and chart reviews booked through enquiry and confirmation — not to any online product checkout, which we do not offer.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether a seat deposit was paid, and whether the session or materials preparation has already begun.

Trendline & Channel Intensive and evening groups

• Seat deposit (AUD 280 for the intensive; amount stated on confirmation for other groups): non-refundable once paid, because it reserves a limited place and covers early materials ordering.
• Balance of workshop fee: full refund if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before session one.
• 7–13 days before session one: 50% refund of the balance paid (deposit remains non-refundable).
• Fewer than 7 days, or after the workshop has started: no refund of the balance, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise or we cancel the intake.

If Aimachinehub cancels an intake, you may transfer to the next available intake or receive a full refund of deposit and balance paid.

Private coaching

Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full fee credit or refund of prepaid session fees. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or no-shows, forfeit that session fee. Prepaid packages credit unused sessions for six months from purchase.

Single chart reviews

If work has not started, you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once we have begun reviewing your chart, the fee is non-refundable. If we cannot deliver within three business days as stated, you may request a full refund.

Rescheduling

Group participants may request a transfer to a later intake once, subject to space. Private clients may reschedule within the notice windows above without an extra fee.

Work already started and materials

Printed chart packs prepared for a named participant are non-refundable once printed. Digital worksheets already emailed remain yours; their cost is not itemised for partial refund beyond the rules above.

Deposits and no-shows

Workshop no-shows without prior notice forfeit deposit and any balance paid for that intake. Private no-shows forfeit the scheduled session fee.

How to request a refund

Email info@aimachinehub.digital with your name, the lesson booked, and the reason for the request. Phone (03) 5377 8870 if you need to discuss timing. Approved refunds are returned by the same method used for payment within 10 business days of approval.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
