By browsing this site or submitting an enquiry form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book lessons.

Services described

Pages describing workshops, coaching, and reviews are informational. A binding booking arises only when we confirm your place in writing and, where applicable, receive the requested deposit. Fees shown on the rates page are guides, not an online checkout offer.

Training nature

Aimachinehub provides educational instruction in technical analysis, including trendline and channel analysis. Nothing on this site or in any lesson constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or contract, or a guarantee of trading results. You remain responsible for your own investment and trading decisions.

Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, chart packs, and website content remain the property of Aimachinehub. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, or teach from them commercially without prior written consent.

Bookings and conduct

Please arrive on time for group sessions and keep shared chart discussions confidential regarding other participants’ personal positions. We may refuse or end a session if conduct disrupts the class.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Aimachinehub is not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, or decisions you make after attending training. Our liability for any supply of services is limited, where permitted, to resupply of the services or payment of the cost of resupply.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep schedules and descriptions current. Session dates may change; confirmed participants will be notified using the contact details they provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
